The answer is yes...emphatically, YES! We utilize all of those back to
basic movements combined with new, cutting edge training methods.
That particular style of training involves using 3, 4, 5 and sometimes 6
different body parts in one movement. For instance you can do a squat to
a burpee, then a push-up, squat back up to a standing position, then curling
dumbbells up (for biceps), then pressing the dumbbells up (shoulder
press)...then repeating that movement for a set of 10-15 repetitions. So
essentially what you get is:
1. squat
2. burpee
3. push-up
4. bicep curl
5. shoulder press
6. increased heart rate
This is an example of the cutting edge, fast paced training we do where one
movement involves 6 different body parts.
This is also an example of personal training at it's best as it cuts right to
the chase, helps you work out safely effectively and you maximizes your time.

What is a Core Fitness routine? Do you really know?
Most think it's your abdominal wall when in fact your "CORE" is the
360 degree circumference of your waistline and abdominal area.
A weak abdominal wall...well, we all know what that looks like!
A weak lower back...that can mean a whole host of bad things.
The worst case scenario most notably leading to compression on, or a pinching
of the sciatic nerve. A lessor condition can also be a lumbar vertebral
shifting or mis-aligment caused by weak erector spinae muscles. This can
also lead to that nasty looking "belly" protrusion.

9 months pregnant!

We never do the same thing two workouts in a row. What is a constant,

What we mean by that is that there are many facets of your training leading up
to and into you achieving your goals other than what you may think.
For instance if weight loss is your goal you are probably only focused on the

Our Circuit Training program allows us to implement exercise and movements so

I'll tell you right now
that this is the BEST workout if you want ripped abs, a tight booty, toned

It's Muay Thai Kickboxing (not for fighting) for ultra fitness.
We combine all of the aspects of kicking and punching into one action packed

Water Aerobics, also
known as aqua aerobics is a safe and effective way to stay in shape. This form
of fitness training is great for nearly everyone.
Water Aerobics appeals to a wide range of people and regardless of your fitness there is a water exercise class or routine that
fits your needs.
It is recommended to do water aerobics for many reasons. Water exercises can
help you to lose weight, prevent weight gain, build lean muscle, lower blood
sugar levels, and lower blood pressure and reduce stress.
The typical water aerobics
class runs from 45 minutes to an hour in chest deep water. In each class, there
is a warm up period where you stretch and loosen up your muscles. The bulk of
the class is spent on performing various movements or dances that work the
arms, legs and core.
The class ends with a cool down period. In this time, you can really burn some
calories. It is estimated that the typical session burns between 450-700
calories.
